Meet Pastor David L. Sincere, Jr.'s

 Sincere Consulting and Life Coaching, founded by Pastor David Lee Sincere, Jr. in December 2023, reflects his extensive experience and deep commitment to community transformation. Called to ministry in 1995, Pastor Sincere began as an elder at The Real Truth Church in Third Ward, Texas, followed by a tenure as an associate minister at Covenant Glen UMC.

A Liberty University alumnus, Pastor Sincere specialized in religion, focusing on counseling, equipping him with a unique blend of spiritual insight and psychological understanding. This expertise is the foundation of his holistic approach in both consulting and coaching.

In 2017, Pastor Sincere established Advocacy Now Institute (ANI), an organization dedicated to addressing systemic challenges in economically disadvantaged communities. ANI's mission revolves around advocacy, education, mentoring, and empowerment.

April 2020 marked the inception of Fort Bend Transformation Church by Pastor Sincere and First Lady Candice Sincere. Their mission is to spiritually, economically, and socially transform communities through the power of faith.

Together for over 33 years, Pastor David and Candice Sincere are proud parents to three daughters, Arriana, Arriel, and Alanna, and grandparents to two.

In his professional capacity, Pastor Sincere is a licensed Baptist minister and holds memberships in various prestigious organizations, including The National Society of Collegiate Scholars, the Baptist Ministers Association of Houston and Vicinity, and the American Association of Christian Counselors. His community involvement is extensive, serving on committees such as the FBISD Pandemic Stakeholder Advisory Committee, the Fort Bend County COVID Cares Act Advisory Committee, and co-chairing the Fort Bend County Judge’s Multi-Faith Advisory Council.

Pastor Sincere’s accolades include the Texas Board of Education 2018 Heroes for Children Award, induction into the Willowridge High School Wall of Honor, and the NAACP Missouri City & Vicinity Community Service Award. His exceptional service was also recognized by the Salvation Army with an award in 2016.
