Pastor Sincere is a certified mental health and life coach, seasoned nonprofit executive, and community advocate with more than 30 years of pastoral and organizational leadership experience. He is the Founder of Sincere Consulting & Life Coaching and Senior Pastor of Fort Bend Transformation Church, where he provides trauma-informed coaching and counseling for individuals of diverse backgrounds, faiths, and no faith, integrating practical strategies that promote personal growth, resilience, and community transformation. Under his leadership, the church has mentored over 500 youth, equipping the next generation with values of faith, leadership, and purpose.
His professional journey includes 23 years of executive leadership with The Salvation Army, where he managed 17 facilities including shelters, community centers, and senior living facilities. In this capacity, he oversaw multimillion-dollar budgets, supervised staff and volunteers, designed innovative programs, and advanced community partnerships that impacted thousands of individuals and families across Texas.
He also served with the Fort Bend County Juvenile Probation Department as the Lead Unit Manager for the Youth Prevention Program, where he helped design, implement, and manage the Expose Excellence Program. This initiative provided at-risk youth with mentorship, education, and positive community engagement opportunities. In this role, Pastor Sincere strengthened his commitment to youth advocacy, restorative practices, and the design of supportive systems that break cycles of trauma and incarceration.
As the current Program Director at HOPE Fort Bend Clubhouse, a psychosocial program model, Pastor Sincere designs and implements programs, trains staff and members, and leads operations, community engagement, and strategic partnerships. The clubhouse provides individuals living with mental health challenges a supportive community, opportunities for recovery, and pathways to holistic wellness.
Pastor Sincere also pursued higher education at Liberty University, where he specialized in Religion and Counseling with a minor in Psychology and maintained a 3.9 GPA, further strengthening his ability to integrate academic excellence with practical ministry, leadership, and coaching practice.
He has been honored with numerous awards, including the Texas Board of Education Heroes for Children Award (2018), the NAACP Community Service Award (2018), the City of Houston District K Community Kudos Award (2022), the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce Community Spirit Award (2022), the Ibn Sina Foundation Community Mental Health Service Award (2023), and the Black Excellence Award (2025).
As a mental health advocate, Pastor Sincere has partnered with local, county, and state officials to formally declare September as Suicide Prevention Month, advancing awareness, education, and community action to reduce stigma and save lives.
