SCLC & FBTC King’s Daughters Support Group is held at noon on the second and fourth Sundays of each month. Hosted by the gracious Lady Sincere, this gathering is a beautiful testament to the power of godly sisterhood. The King’s Daughters Support Group is a safe and welcoming space where women come together to encourage one another, grow in faith, share life’s challenges and victories, and build lasting friendships rooted in Christ. SCLC  partners with the Alzheimer’s Association to provide educational workshops and interactive sessions focused on Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and overall brain health. Together, we aim to increase community awareness, provide practical resources, and equip individuals, families, and caregivers with tools to support brain wellness and quality of life.

Through this collaboration, we deliver accessible, faith-friendly, and research-based programs designed to educate, inspire, and empower participants to take proactive steps in brain health, early detection, and care planning.

SCLC partners with Gratia Plena through a co-referral agreement to provide clients with integrated, wraparound care that combines professional life coaching and mental health services. Sincere Consulting and Life Coaching offers relationship, parent/youth, life transition, and loss & grief coaching, along with The Sincere Life Balance System—a holistic, trauma-informed approach to restoring clarity, purpose, and inner peace. Gratia Plena provides psychotherapy, spiritual direction, couples and family therapy, and other supportive services. Together, they ensure clients receive confidential, coordinated, and comprehensive support for emotional, spiritual, and personal growth. 

Fort Bend County Health & Human Services, Sincere Consulting & Life Coaching, and Fort Bend Transformation Church share a collaborative partnership dedicated to advancing the health and well-being of the community. Through this alliance, Sincere Consulting & Life Coaching provides faith-based, trauma-informed life coaching and pastoral care that complements the church’s holistic ministries, while Fort Bend Transformation Church extends outreach through its Advocacy Now initiative, offering mental health support, housing assistance, food programs, and health education. Working closely with Fort Bend County Health & Human Services, this partnership engages in coordinated community outreach, health initiatives, and resource connections, ensuring residents have access to both practical services and compassionate, spiritually grounded support. Together, we combine public health expertise, faith-based care, and community engagement to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of Fort Bend County.
