Unity Worship Center and Fort Bend Transformation Church
In November of 2023, Pastor David Lee Sincere, Jr., along with First Lady Candice Sincere, began their pastoral leadership at Unity Worship Center. Together, they established a spiritual bond with Fort Bend Transformation Church, serving as sister churches. Pastor Sincere, who was called to ministry in 1995, has dedicated his life to building faith and fostering community.
Our Leadership
Pastor Sincere's journey in spiritual leadership began as the first elder at The Real Truth Church in Third Ward, Texas. He later served as an associate minister at Covenant Glen UMC. His extensive ministerial experience is supported by academic training in religion with a cognate in counseling from Liberty University.
Advocacy Now Institute
In 2017, led by a divine calling, Pastor Sincere founded the Advocacy Now Institute (ANI). This initiative addresses the systemic challenges that impact economically disadvantaged communities. ANI's mission is to advocate, educate, mentor, and empower, uplifting individuals, families, and entire communities.
Mission of Transformation
In April 2020, Pastor Sincere and Lady Sincere established Fort Bend Transformation Church. Guided by the Holy Spirit, their mission is to transform lives spiritually, economically, and socially, ensuring a profound impact on individuals, families, and communities.
Sincere Consulting and Life Coaching
Also in November of 2023, Pastor Sincere launched Sincere Consulting and Life Coaching, focusing on relationships, transitional periods, loss and grief, mental health coaching, and pastoral counseling. Unity Worship Center and Fort Bend Transformation Church have partnered with this new venture to provide comprehensive wraparound services to the community.
Family and Legacy
Married for over 30 years, Pastor David and Candice Sincere share their journey with three daughters—Arriana, Arriel, and Alanna—and two grandchildren. Their family is a testament to their deep commitment and love, reflecting the values they instill through their ministry.
